上次見到bloggers 整刈包, 好想食啊!不過屋企無麵粉, 只有麵包粉同蛋糕粉, 所以轉左整漢堡包.🍔
今次用左這個食譜, 無蛋🥚無奶(用水代替), 食譜整到9個大麵包, 我就做左10個細漢堡包. 🍞前一晚用叉燒醬醃左雞扒, 早上焗包, 晚餐就食漢堡包伴麵. 個個包脹卜卜, 得意又好食💗
Ingredients for 9 pieces of bread:
bread flour 300g(2cups-pressed)
water 190g(200 ml) (2tbsp more or less depending on the type of flour)
yeast 1 1/4 tsp
milk powder 6tbsp
butter 55 g (4-5 tbsp)
salt 3/4 tsp(1/2 tsp if you use salted butter)
sugar 3tbsp
