今日自己試整左兩樣, 一個係朱古力味曲奇同佢地出名既花生醬朱古力曲奇. 我自己比較喜歡花生味多D, 焗完香噴噴呢!
這個食譜我做了18大件軟身曲奇, 因為只係焗9分鐘, 所以出爐後記得要放涼15-30分鐘. 如果想食軟身融化朱古力, 咁放涼既時間可以減短.
提提大家: 這款曲奇係軟身同比較甜的, 因糖已經300g, 仲要落朱古力入曲奇.
200g/7oz unsalted butter, softened
300g/10.6oz caster sugar
1 egg
50g/1.76oz cocoa powder, sifted
300g/10.58oz self raising flour, sifted
Milk and dark chocolate chips, however much you like
Peanut butter chips, again however much you like

Method
Heat the oven to 190°C / 375°F degrees and line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
